I have heard all about this site and all the feedback has been very good.
I could do with a little advice please.
I bank with First Direct and they recently sent me 6 years of statements.
I have been charged for;
1. Arrangement Fee
2. Recall s/o and d/d.
3.Interest.
4. Cash machine charge
5. Renewel Fee.
6.overdraft Fee.
7. Excess overdraft Fee.
Can I claim back all or just some of these charges?
If so which ones?
