A small apology first. As I only have access to the internet at work I do not get as much time to post as I would like. I am currently reclaiming from Halifax as well as Nat West.
Anyway I submitted both the first letter and the letter before action, four days after the LBA I recieved a two page letter from Natwest with the usual official spiel stating they were in the right, it was a charge for their services etc, however they claim that having reviewed the case and in a spirit of good will they would repay the whole amount of charges (£823.23).
Score one for us good guys.
