Thread: how many select accounts!!

Hi. This is my first post.
I am taking ltsb Scotland to court for bank charges. Issue summons Friday.
I am Nervious. Cant sleep. Usual stuff.

What I want to know from anyone else is when they went to open an account how many asked at a branch " I want to open a current account".

How many were only offered the select account at a cost of £7.00.

I did. This is missrepresentation and will be pursuing this if I can find other people in the same situation.

I don't know much about Lloyd, but Natwest do a very similar thing with their Advantage Gold account - if it's still called that, which I believe is now £9. They keep trying to push it at me and I keep saying no.

Sales and profits. These large corporations don't seem to consider their actions a lot of the time.
