    Hi Daz.

For more info on claiming from business accounts click on thr following link....

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...y.html?garpg=2

You should find relevant information there.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

TSB Trust Card.....yes you can claim.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

Old business account.....yes you can claim.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

In all cases you can claim back up to six years from the date that the claim is issued by the court.

You cannot mix personal and business accounts in one claim..... they must be claimed seperately.

    Good luck.
    Regards, Rooster.

Be sure to check which charges are acceptable in the case of the business claim as there are certain charges that are legitimate. which bank are you claiming busines charges from ?
Also were you ever encouraged to take any loans out to repay any charges ?

Well if the loan was taken to say cover charges or an overdrafticon that was made up of mostly charges.
