sent(s.a.r) letter asking about bank charges (Bank of Scotland) How long does it take to get an answer. they have taken the full £10 out of my account ,what would be the waiting time on this fist transaction with the bank? anyone know i would be obliged
just got reply from bank 12/02/2007. there statment said they will send out the statements in the next 10 days however. if i request to a manual intervention on my account, HBOS is under no statutory obligation to record this information .what are they on about? please help with this one
