    Hi dooley,

Can I ask why you are bothering with trying to phone them? It really won't make any difference to your claim and Lloydsicon custmer services aren't the greatest to have to deal with. I think it's much better to stick to the letter writing side of things and wait patiently for your money to get returned.

    Default Lloyds filed Acknowledgement

    Hello,

I need some advice. I have just received a letter from the court that ltsbicon have filed the acknowledgement of service. They have said that they will defend the whole claim WHICH IS £1300. Is this what they usually do?

    Thanks

    Dooley

    Hi
Perfectly normal. Next they should enter a defenceicon, within 28 days of the claim being served.

    Default Help

I ahve begun a claim against ltsbicon £1300. This included £360 LTSB passed to a debt agency. I need to amend the sum I am claimimg from Ltsb to £900. How do I do this? Will it damage my claim if it ends up in court that I had to take £400 off the amount I was claiming.

    Thanks

Ok firstly please stick to one thread this makes it easier to follow, also why are you removing this cash from your claim?

    Hi dooley35.

It would help if you kept relevant posts on one thread.

It doesn't matter that they have passed a debt to a third party. They applied the charges. They must pay them back.
