Thread: Jezmond V Capitol Bank Group (Bos) - car Loan

Recieved a statement back, no covering letter or explanation about any manual intevention.

charges:
7/04/06 UNPAID DD COSTS £25
13/04/06 ADDITIONAL interest £2.54
18/04/06 admin ARREARS CHARGE £25

Total £52.54 for being late with one payment, in 5 years.

I called them and asked them to refund the charges on the grounds that it is unfair and i have only 8 more months left on the loan aggrement. The gave me the usual bull about the term & conditions.

Said can we come to some sort amicable arrangement otherwise i will have to take this further, she said she would make a not on the account, end of converstation !!!


Is it time for the lba?

just sent my last payment by wire, the vehicle is now mine, now to add capitol to my list of (edit) gits, shall be watching how you get on, good luck
