i am claiming £554.33 plus costs from Barclaycard, i have had all the usual letters and am now at the point where i have my court date, i am in the process of assembling my court bundle so i can send it to the relevant parties. I have been informed my case is Listed in a group with several other cases, a tactic used to enable an earlier court date, i may be barking up the wrong tree but will all this group be claiming bank charges or can they be any type of case? If anyone reads this and is in St helens county court on 11th April between 10am and 2pm let me know.
