    Talking Need to complain

Can someone help me I have had no response from the Abbeyicon even though I sent a registered letter to them requesting the information going back to 2000. I have only received 13months of statements.

Can someone please tell me how I report them for failure to comply.
Is it possible to request the first 13months of charges which total in excess of £2500 then make another request or can I make an estimate of the charge going back 6 yearsicon based on these charges for 13 months.

I would send the complaints form off, then a letter to Abbeyicon letting them know what you have done.

I bet the rest turn up pretty sharpish - also, don't forget, if they don't give in before you have to start court proceedings then you will add the 8% APR, meaning that their stalling is costing them even more money.
