Eventually (after the ruling) got my microfiched statements back. Calculated what they had charged me and it came to £170. It's not much but it's better in my pocket than theirs. I wrote back asking for refund of my money. They have sent me a letter back saying that although they admint no liability they are willing to offer me the difference between the charges that were levied against me and the £12 recommended by the OFT which comes to £62. Not sure whether I should take this and leave it or continue for the remainder of my £170. Anyone had an similiar tactic used against them by Barclaycard?
