Dear All
LAst week I received a letter from Natwest refunding my bank charges which came to £970.00p. I had just sent them the thrird letter giving them 14 days to reply or face the process of a court hearing. I would like to thank this website for giving me access to letters which helped this process. I am extremely surprised how quickly and pain free this was to do. Will donate when money has cleared
well done rochy!!!
Dont spend it all at once!!!
