P.S. Once U have sent your PL, work to your timescales NOT theirs.
Any correspondance U receive from the Nationwideicon, that does NOT offer U what U are Claiming for in FULL, is best ignored.
It is designed to put U off pursuing your Claim and by getting U in a tizzy, it will draw your mind away from your main aim.

    Hi Poppy07!

Remember not to send off your lbaicon before the date that U gave them to respond favourably to your PL.
Don't forget to enclose an updated version of your spreadsheet figures with your LBA.
    U wouldn't be the 1st if U do forget!

    btw...Hope U are also Claiming C.I. @ 24.9% APR??!

They wont negotiate with you, court is the next stage with money claim online. You will have to read through stuff onthis site to help you. it will cost you around 120 if the claim is under 5k though, dont know if thats just one account or a few put together, but know if your claim is over 5k it costs slightly more. dont be put off its game on now.

Surely if this is going via MCOL then interesticon of 8% is all that you claim?

Try reading threads of winning Contractual Interest Claims!

Daily Compounded Contractural Interest (24.9%AER in Nationwideicon's case) is what Nationwide charges for unauthorised borrowing.

...and U want to just charge them s69 8%APR Statutory Interest, which is just simple interest, for likewise "borrowing" without your authorisation, when they have debited from your account unlawfull Bank Penalty Charges???

    Your choice of course!!!

The 8% is the figure given on MCOL so that it is what a vast majoirity of people have gome with.

How sure can you be that if we up the rate from 8% to 24.9% the courts will accept this figure and rule in our favour?
