    Default Charbydis vs Lloyds/Carcraft

A year or so ago I bought a car from Carcraft with finance arranged through Black Horse (part of Lloydsicon I think). They included PPIicon without my consent and I think I have a reasonable arguement that it was missold. Who should I go after though, Carcraft or Lloyds?

    Hi

IMHO I would suggest you start with an SARicon to Lloydsicon if they are getting the premium.

    Hi,
Just from my Experiences... If the Loan and PPIicon was arranged by Carcraft acting as an Agent for Black Horese, Then you should take the matter up with Carcraft. If you go Direct to Lloydsicon they will argue that they did not sell you the policy.

I have a similar case where an agent arrangend the loan and PPI, it is the Agent that I am going after as they were the ones that sold the product.

    Good Luck
