Default Not Sure Whether To proceed

Looks like my statements have arrived at home. To be honest my head is spinning already by going through all the figures, and now I have more to come. I'm not convinced I have the bottle to carry this through.

Stop. Take a rest. Go through them slowly - no rush to finish but think of the rewards 8)

If it's any consolation I felt the same when I received my statements this morning but as I sat and went through them and saw the number of times their charges off £100+ a month would be the charges putting my account back over the following month, and how it snowballed I became determined to challenge them.

I have now totalled all the charges (over £1700) and emailed them giving them seven days or hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to Court we go....

    Default Scared?

Are you having a stupid attack?
If your Mum was mugged, would you defend her?
    Stand up and fight.
    Cheers
    Dave.

Firstly people should realise that many people do find this kind of thing daunting.
Secondly, there are also manypeople who don't find it daunting but should do so as they merely rush in without considering it properly.
I think that Dammam's anxieties are fine. Quite normal and if he does decide to push on, he will be better prepared and more cautious and effective about his approach
