i was wondering if it is possible to claim back payments on pensions i took out in the last few years and then stopped paying into due to bad future returns? anyone got any experiance in this area ,or do i really have to wait years and years to see the returns on my thousands of pounds of hard earnt contributions pay me back £20.00 quid a month!!!!!
Hi, sorry you didn't get any response on that, I suspect it's because no-one knows the answer.
I would have thought that this came under speculating to accumulate, so to speak, and would be unlikely to be reclaimable, but maybe your local CAB might be able to advise further?
