    If you mean to chase the banks for all your charges and other taken monies, the least you should do is READ the FAQ as you will have to fight the banks by yourself with the support of people here. Just do some READING as the question you have asked is very basic.

    Any send off the prelim letter asking your bank for a REFUND of those charges and then lbaicon Letter should follow after 14 days. If you spemd some more time on the site, it will nake more sence to you.
