at court v Woolwich- help!!

Hi, I have been following the process of gettng my money back from the Woolwich, who have been using their delaying tactics to drag it out. I am now in receipt today of the Notic of Allocation and have a hearing on 26 Feb. I understand that I must attend (and will) -does anyone have experience of this - are they likely to settle before this hearing or will I have to wait for the hearing of the actual case?

Surely the Woolwich legal exec won't turn up will he?

Dont worry Scouse. The chances of you actually having to turn up at court is almost zero. Barclays icon

/Woolwich will call you a few days before the hearing date with an offer to settle.

Make sure you settle for nothing less then the full amount!!
