    Default When has settlement arrived?

    I have received the standard defence over a week ago, and have had the allocation questionnaireicon. At what point have others received the settlement offer, before or after sending back the form to the court.

    from what i have read on this site a settlement is a while after you post the a|q off ,so fill it out and wait

    Relax
    They'll settle. Ours went to the aqicon stage and I waited until the last moment virtually before they settled. You can always send in the AQ requesting a 28 day stay from the court if negotiations are under way and the final date for filing the AQ is approaching. Just notify the court when the settlement is decided.
