Hi all, just found out about this wonderful site from a friend at work.
I read last year about this issue but never actually thought I could take on a big corporation like this so here I go lol
I work long shifts and have tried trawling this site but frankly am getting nowhere (I am a bit of a techno phob lol)
Can someone tell me where I get the form requesting a list of what they have charged me over the last 15 years I've been with them?
And, my friend mentioned that a claim should not exceed £5000, what's the score there then??
I have been naughty and gone over my overdraft icon

almost every month for, literally years.
I have two accounts with them, 3 months ago they actually let me go over the limit on 3 separate transactions (I couldn't check my balance it was the weekend and the machines run slow apparently ) and they charged me £90!!!!!
That is what spurred me on to get my money back

3. The £5000 is not a limit for claiming - it's just that if your claim is for more than that, it could get treated differently at the court stage.

4. You might want to send a Private Message to a Moderator to move your thread - seems you want the Barclays icon

Bank forum and you've come into the Barclaycard forum - they ARE different and you'll want to see how bank customers are treated, not the credit card ones.
