    Unhappy Help with Red Castle

Hi Anyone out there help required please

Can anyone out there help me I have had two letters from Red Castle Recoveries Ltd asking for payments.I have already paid what I owed and now they want the penalty charges that were added on, can they do this or does it work like the banks? I have no intention of paying them £120 in penalty charges when the debt was £56.Even if I had it I would not pay it.

They are trying to intimidate me by sending me letters that say

    Red Castle

    1, WARRENT OF EXECUTION

    2,CHARGING ORDER

    3,ATTACHMENT OF EARNINGS

Will they have to go to court to get this, can I go or send a letter to the court with mitigating circumstances? before the send balliffs to my house?

I really would appreciate some help as I dont know how to deal with this.I have never dealt with bailliffs before.

    Thanks

    never heard of them.

but why not send a CCA request with the £1 fee? That will make them send the agreement to you if they have one.

Also, ask for a full statement so you know what's on, including any charges.

Then dispute the amount with them.

While in dispute, no action can be taken on a debt.

    Thanks for the help Tifo

I have the statements with the amounts on. I did it a few months ago and told Choice that I disputed the amount over and over again. They ignored all the letters and now they want the penalties. Any more help will be appreciated

    Thanks again
