after you apply for judgement, the court should process this within a couple of days. If you have ticked the box that ask to be paid forthwith you can apply for a warrant of executionicon as soon as judgement is entered. Call the court up and ask for a form or download one from the hmcs website. Once served they have seven days to pay up then the bailiffsicon go in!!

Hello all have just phoned the court and had a chat with the judgement section.I posted my court form asking for a judgement on monday 29th January. The court received it the following day.Today an order of payment is being sent out to Halifaxicon and a copy of that order is being sent to me.As I ticked the box for immediate payment it is up to me to decide how long I give the Halifax to payup! If after my deadline they still haven't paid up I then ask for an enforced judgement which means I can then send in the bailiffsicon!!!!!!!!!There are other ways as well the bailifficon option is one of a few but that one sounds good!So will keep you updated.
