Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
How interesting, at least they will now know that we are NOT about to give up and that changes have to come
Day 9 - well done, keep it up
I haven't really been thinking about the smoking all that much - I've just changed jobs and am really busy, so it's been the last thing on my mind - mind you - another weekend coming up - hmmmmmm....?
I've seen quite a lot of bank activity on here lately - I'm working on a 'lurker alert' program at the moment, so that we know which banks are looking where ;-)
Advice & opinions of Dave and The Bank Action Group are offered informally, without prejudice & without liability.

Maybe that's part of the problem? Maybe they're not lurking, but are concerned they may not be welcome, particularly if they think their server can be identified??
