Re: rubberlips v barclays - where to send barclays bundle
Rubberlips64,
Produce three bundles, one for yourself, one for the court and one for the defendant. Send the court bundle to the court and send the defendant bundle to the defendant address (RECORDED DELIVERY) you used for the claim. You can send the court bundle by ordinary first class post.
On the front page, make sure the bundle clearly show:
[Your name] vs. Barclays Bank Plc
Claim Number: ?????????
Re: rubberlips v barclays - where to send barclays bundle
Rubberslips having searched your posts it seems that you never actually created your own thread......rather you have made all your posts in other peoples. There is nothing really important that needs reconciling here so I will leave them.
Its a good idea though you make sure all your Barclays questions are put up in here.

Re: rubberlips v barclays - Court Bundles Despatched, now what?
Court date 13th Feb. Court bundles complete and despatched - one to Barclays and one to the court (&, of course, one for my reference) - Do Barclays have to send me, and the court, their court bundle 14 days prior to appearing in court? If they fail to submit a bundle to either myself or the court do i win my case by default? Finally is anyone dealing with Adrian Ruffhead - he's my guy, shall i contact him?

I just came on here to ask that very question rubberlips64, my court date's Feb 14th at Lincoln county court, all my bundles have been sent but I've not recieved anything from Barclays as of yet. I'm also dealing with Adrian Ruffhead. I think I'll do a search to see if anyone knows what happens if Barclays don't send their bundle.

Barclays is supposed to send one copy of their bundle to you and one copy to the court. However, you could enquire from the court through telephone to know if they actually submitted any. They may choose not to submit any bundle because they know they would not progress the case to hearing.
Meanwhile, you cannot win by default when judgement has not been entered. At this stage, you can only enter judgement at the court hearing. Barclays will not wait until court hearing to pay up. In fact, they may contact you few days before court hearing.
Adrian Ruffhead and his team will be overworked and stressed by now because of the volume of cases turning up daily. New cases and following up old cases.
I'VE WON ....YIPEE I'm so happy. What a journey! I know i haven't done many threads - am a learner - but boy this has been exciting. Re: rubberlips v barclays - where to send barclays bundle
Congrats Rubberlips!
I need some help with my court bundle please:
1. It says to tailor it to your own requirements - I'm not sure what I need to do!
2. There are some web links - do I need to print out these pages
3. The correspondance I need to put in it - must this be from the first letter requesting copies of my bank statements?
4. Do I need to add my proof of postage to the court bundle at all?
5. Do I add letters both from me & from Barclays - or just from me?
6.Lastly how do you keep everything together - do you need to staple it or are there set ways of doing it?

1.Tailor it to your own requirements means just that......YOUR account numbers YOUR names Your case no etc
2.You can print out some stats ie Unfair contracts rules etc
3. Yes
4. Can you not take it down? its much easier. In the defence case yes.
5. Add them all.Copies for the bundle originals are requested for attending.
6.I used cardboard folder files from Tesco 79p for 5.
It is easier if you appendix each document oldest first.
Ie a1 etc. and writing this on each one
At the beginning of the bundle insert an index with a reference.;
Ie
A1 letter to Defendant 1 page
