Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'm new to the forum, and from what I've read on here, it seems as though I've come to the right place. I'm in the middle of a long battle with Natwest over fees relating to an overdraft. Every response I receive from them is a standard leter saying that they believe their fees are fair and are within the T&Cs when I set up the account.

Hi - Not very good at computers!!! so please be patient with me. Please can someone advise how I go about getting some helpful person to look at my moneyclaim before I go any further. Trying to recalim £2,070 from Barclays. They offered me £1000 as goodwill gesture but were not admiting anything!!! when advised I would accept this as partial payment they replied that they were not prepared to make partial payment, I presume this now means county court (scary). I have never included any interest and I have reduced amount I am claiming as since sending first letters realised some of my charges (245) were repaid. I have taken this amount of my court figure. HELP can someone check my form?
