    Default Mcol Q!

    Hi

I have just submitted my MCOL but am wondering if I should have sent a Breakdownicon of the charges I am claiming and if there is any way to do this? It didnt give me the option to attach anything like that - just the particulars of claim which I copied and pasted from here saying total claim & interesticon.

Do I need to send them a breakdown or anything? Also at this stage do I need to sent another breakdown to my bank to show them the interest calculations as the last spreadsheet I sent them did not include the 8%.

Whilst not obligatory, it is adviced to send the court a copy of your schedule.
Send it to the Northampton county courticon and mark it by way of service.

I wouldnt worry about sending the banks another copy, they have had their chance!
    hope this helps.

I didn't send mine to the court, as I had already sent A+L two lots. Didn't think it would make any difference to the claim.

A+L S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) sent 28th July. Statements rec'd 01 Sept. Letter requesting repayment of £4,979 sent 18/09 MCOL sent 15th Nov £6389.57. Cheque received £6425.54 4th Dec.
MBNA S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) sent 28th July, promised reply by 28th August. Cheque rec'd £250 31 Aug. . 2nd letter sent 7 sept for rest of charges to be returned. £243 rec'd 28th Oct
CCA sent 1st Credit 11th August, reply 15th Aug
Request for repayment Rooftop Mortgages for £1095, reply saying no on 17th Aug.
Still to come: Cap. One, Time retail, HFC Bank.
