Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

So any chance you can stop being cryptic Nattie and just state which one is correct?
Or anyone already past this stage advise which one it should be sent to?
Because this is time sensitive im sure sending it to the exact address could be important.
His letter states he is sorry we have been unable to reach an agreement, and he is sorry he has not yet been able to respond to me and asks i bear with him in the meantime and he is investigating and will respond as soon as possible.

Stick to your own timescale. This is a stalling tactic by the banks. If you have given 14 days and the time is up, send the lba no matter what. As you have had communication from SH, send the letter addressed to him at the Borehamwood address - it matters not which one, it will get to him pretty quickly.
