Hi. Been putting my schedule of charges together today from exisiting statements. In 2005 I got £70 refunded after a little moan. should I show this? or should I leave out the specific charge that was refunded?

like barenton I have some refunds and chose to ignore these, while I don’t expect to get this money refunded twice I thought I would let Natwest icon

work out what they owe me and what they don’t, could anybody advise if this will create a problem further down the line with my claim?

that didn't really answer the question, I appreciate I could lose, but will I run into further problems if I don't account for the small amount of refunded charges they have given me of the past 6 years icon

Not really suprised by this and nor should you be, just remember to stick to your timescales whether you receive responses or not.

its well worth it.. i started my claim in october and am only now at aq icon

stage (and that is with very little deviation from timescales) good luck and fingers crossed

SUCCESS!!! Just asI was filling in the Claim Form for the county court icon

, a letter arrived from NW offering the full £1468. Will make a donation icon

as soon as the money turns up!
