    Default richthegill v Woolwich x2

Have now sent off for my SARicon for 2 accounts I had with Woolwich (dated 25/01/2006)

quick query though, should I just do one account clear that then head for the 2nd one, or just go for both at the same time?

If they were both personal accounts and in your own name, you might as well merge the two accounts into one claim

Preliminary Letter sent to Woolwich 05/06
    LBA sent 19/06
    Court claim filed 04/07 : Total £824.75
    Acknowledgement of Service 27/07
    Defence received 08/08
    AQ filed 11/08
    Barclays AQ filed 05/09
    Hearing date 20/12
    SETTLED IN FULL £840.49: 14/12/06

if the charges come to more than 5k then i suggest splitting them. into 2 claims for difft accounts. keep on them for statements as so slow!

Ok got a standard reply saying they are looking into it and my case has been passed on to a case manager. they are committed to resolving my complaint by the 16th of March.
Well tough, they are trying to get out of the 14 days I gave them so today, the 15th day, I have issued an lbaicon. Let's hope they speed up a bit now.

    Stick to your timescales
The next thing you will recieve from them is a "gesture of goodwillicon" offer of no where near what you are claiming....
I'm sure you have had a good read in the woolwich threads so you'll already know your next steps!

    Woolwich (Barclays)
Prelim sent 05/09/06, various correspondance sent/recieved, LBA sent 09/10/06, Goodwill gesture of £xxx offered 21/10/06 (rejected!), MCOL filed 11/12/06, Defence & Court AQ recieved 11/01/07 returned 29/01/07.
30/01/07 Transferred to District Judge for directions. 05/04/07 Case Management Conference due at Southend County Court.

Spot on Steve. Claiming £1320 the offered me a derisory £250 as a gesture of goodwillicon. well my goodwill has gone out the window.
The time is up for them to settle in full but all the templates mention giving the rest of the time to settle in full. Shall I just go to MCOL?
