What am I looking for on my statements? They seem unclear?
I have added up all the 'total charges' with come under DRs on my statements is there anything else they could have been charging me? I expected alot more than what my statements seem to add up to - please help me - much appreciated!

hi znowdonia
you are picking up the total charges, recall/reversal of s/o d/d, reversal of cheques - they soon mount up.
read through as many faq's and threads as you can. answers to any questions you have should be somewhere on this site and help is at hand should you need it.
good luck with your claim

Re: What am I looking for on my statements? They seem unclear?
THANKS FOR THAT - have tried searching threads but no joy I'm afraid... the statements only seem to ever say 'totasl charge' and they come under the column with DR... anyone else know if i should look for anything else? 6 years is alot of statements so im trying to see if anything else will stick out other than me looking for DR's
Re: What am I looking for on my statements? They seem unclear?
look at the charges link netty sent - then look at your statements
anything with a DR next to it, then eliminate things on that list that you can't claim for (machine use, etc) anything else - claim for it and on the list you make of the charges (don't send statements) call it what they call it. if you have several interest items - they would be overdraft interest and are wholly or partially reclaimable - you find out by using the advanced spreadsheet - it does it all for you.
