    Default Natwest make goodwill offer

Hello everyone, just a quick update on my claim.

Total amount clamed inc interesticon and fees 2113.
MCOL done on 5 Jan 07
    Acknowledged 15 Jan 07
On 26 Jan 07 Natwesticon made a goodwill offer of 1629.

    Just few questions -

If I want to reject the offer which letter do i use at this stage

I would be happy to accept a improved offer minus the interest - is it a good idea to call and negotiate.

    Thank you.

    A Salique

It's up to you whether you want to negotiate or not but the general experience has been that if you reject the offer they will make full settlement quite soon afterwards.

Advice given is either my experience or my opinion and is given without liability. If in doubt, consult a qualified professional.
