    Monument

Hi Guys and Gals, I am new here, just wondering if you could help me a little.

Well, I had a credit card with Monument and closed it about 2 years ago and I know they charged me a hell of a lot. Anyway, I know that they are part of Barclaycard, how do I get their contact details to make a claim?

Also, I want to make a claim roughly for Halifaxicon normal account, Halifax overdrafticon account, Barclaycard (one open and one closed), Monument and Capital Oneicon - should I make a claim all at once or should I take do one at a time?

    Thanks
    Anna
nice to meet you all by the way

If barclaycard managed the account, then write to barclaycard.

No reason you can't do them all together, just bear in mind that it might get a bit busy - also if any of them get to court stage, it will cost you to set up your claim so that could get pricey if they all get going at once. Something to bear in mind. Barclaycard will take you twice as long as the others due to their reluctance to give out any info - all you have to do is read a few BC threads to realise they are doing the same stalling tactics to the same ppl.

You can take this at your own pace, so no reason why you can't send off the SARicon letters to all of tehm now and go from there.

Good luck and well done for getting started

    telephone number is 0845 076 0606

I've got a letter at home from them, I paid it off about 3 years ago, but never actually closed it.

I'll fish it out later and add it on here if that helps

    Cheers
