Unhappy Pleeease Help!!! If u can?? Interest charges

Hi there, I am looking into the stage now about working out my interest charges. Do I need to use the spreadsheet to work out interest charges accurately. As I printed my Statement of charges from my banks website (Lloydsicon TSB) It does show my overdrafticon interest charges. I'm slightly confused..........DOH!

Also I want to start preparing myself for a small summary claim incase it gets to that stage. Does anybody know if forms 1 and 1b are the only ones I need to fill in. I know I sound completely cluless but I have been following and reading up on this site for about a fortnight FAQ's include (honestly!!)

It's fascinating!!! If I get my claim back I will definately be making a donationicon to tis site. If it wasn't for the consumer action group, I would have stopped at the first letter as the bank told me I'm not getting anything.
Thank you for giving me the confidence to follow this through.

Any advice is greatly appreciated and sorry for sounding so stupid.

If all of your overdrafticon is from charges, then you can just bill them your entire interest, but if you were overdrawn already, then some of the interest will be lawful - charged on what you did owe them, and for that the spreadsheet works best.

Hi, so do you need to know what the interesticon rates were at that time, or do you apply an interest rate that exists now?
