Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well Im new to this, just signed on today for the first time, I cant believe there are so many people doing this ( why didn't I do it sooner), now about to start the second letter demanding my money back from the Halifax, just reading some off the stories to reassure me.
I feel better already, thought I wouldn't have a chance with such a big bank, but I haven't even started yet so fingers crossed.
So if anyone out there wants a chat I could do with some advice.
The best advice that I can give you is to spend a few days reading the FAQs and the step by step guide in the library section. That will answer most of your initial questions and show you what you have to do.
Please follow the well-tried and tested methods that we suggest and you will be successful.
