Since August I have been paying my Egg Card by direct debit , they automatically take the min payment from my Bank account.
However what happens is they take the min payment , then apply monthly intersest and this puts me over my agreed credit limit , they the charge me £16.00 over limit charge.
They have done this for the last 5 months in a row.
I have now complained 4 times via their website and verbally earlier this week , they say that they are within their rights to do this.
I haven't used the card since August 06.
So each month the balance increases by a small amount .
