Thread: RBS can i claim

OK i opened an account with RBS in 92 and it was closed by them in 06 in that time i must have paid thousands in charges to them . Can i claim them back even though the account has been closed?????

thanks BB i will look into this i am at the very early stage of not believing you can claim this back from a bank however i will look into this read up on it and then get it all back from em all

To all RBOS Bank Charges back claimants,

I'm in a different type of court case withe RBOS but they've given me some info that will be helpfull to people claiming fees back ......The RBOS have supplied copies of my statements back to OCT 1999, this shows they do keep them longer than 6 years so dont them bluff you and say they have not got them and cant give them to you...I can give you the proof.
