Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
OK, who was the guy who sent the Bailiffs into the RBS branch?
Remember reading about someone sending bailiffs into an RBS branch to get their penalty charges back within the last 1-2 weeks.
Wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction to an article relating to it, or the person who did it - have suggested a similar tactic to someone with a Lloyds claim and would like some more info.
Re: OK, who was the guy who sent the Bailiffs into the RBS branch?
Lloyds are messing people around, sometimes settling before the aq stage, sometimes taking people as far as a day or so before the hearring..... so thought it would be some nice experience what it's like on the receiving end.
