Default OK, who was the guy who sent the Bailiffs into the RBS branch?

Remember reading about someone sending bailiffsicon into an RBSicon branch to get their penalty charges back within the last 1-2 weeks.

Wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction to an article relating to it, or the person who did it - have suggested a similar tactic to someone with a Lloydsicon claim and would like some more info.

Lloydsicon are messing people around, sometimes settling before the aqicon stage, sometimes taking people as far as a day or so before the hearring..... so thought it would be some nice experience what it's like on the receiving end.
