Just need some advice. Is there any way to stop charges being applied to my girlfriends account whilst I have a MCOL claim ongoing against RBS on the account.
Unfortunately not, and you will not be able to claim for any charges applied AFTER you have filed the MCOL, but claim again for any new charges after the first one is settled. ie claim in 2 batches.
