After being alerted to the high level of charges being applied to my business account I decided to ckeck my personal account.
The statements arrived yesterday and I ploughed through high-lighting the various charges for Unpaid items, card misuse penalties and total charges.
I added these to the spread sheet I accessed through this site (thanks) and to my horror the total came to £2136 inc interest in just 3 yrs 4 months since the account was opened.
£600 worth of these charges occurred over a 3 month period when I was hospitalised and forced onto incapacity benefit of less than £60 per week. Thanks HSBC you thieving scum bags
