    Default Do i need to start again

    I had sent my prim letter and my letter before actionicon to A and L at begining of Dec. But due to not having any money didnt file my claim. Do I need to start the whole process again or any I just file the claim

    I dont think you need to start again but if the only letter you have sent is the prelim before you file a claim you need to send an lbaicon (letter before claim) notifying them that you WILL pursue this to court and giving them a further 14 days. They will still tell you to bog off and then you can do your MCOL.
