Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Firstly just wanna say what a great great web site this is. I sent off my initial letter to Lloyds today requesting approx £2450 in excess O/D and unpaid D/D fees and without this site would not have been able to actually do it so thanks to all those who contribute and especially those who drafted up the standard letters!
Anyway I know that recently there was a guy in the news who successfully won his case against a bank (mainly due to their failure to respond to his claim?) but what about everyone else who has challenged Lloyds. Is there any idea of how many people have got a satisfactory result?
Im just interested and realise that this isnt a get rich quick scheme but some idea of a success ratio or an idea where theres a bottle neck in the process would be good?! Anyway please feel free to let me know.
Sorry, Ive just had a more detailed look at a few of the posts and it makes for very interesting reading in general. Im looking forward to proceeding with my claim now.
