woolwich redemption battle
hello all..just introducing my fight to recover £3300 in redemption penalty fees from the woolwich (a.k.a barkleys)...for redeeming my mortgage4 weeks early.
got my prelim letter drafted up but im not sure if i need to include a 14 day time limit in this leter...any ideas?..i may be being a little hasty but i have also drafted my rejection letter telling them to stick their token gesture pay off bribe...a cheap one at that !!! anyway...thanks to all in advance for any help...i will post regularly to keep all up to date on my progress as im sure this in turn will help others...power to the people.....graham
