Hi folks, just thought I'd mention I've so far reclaimed about £1500 from A&L and have just had the court rubber stamp my third and final claim... although A&L have still not paid 5 days later!

Did they put in a defense then? I thought A&L tended to settle within the time limit? Does it cost you more to send in the bailiffs or does the cost get added to the amount they already owe you?
