Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
The Ulsterbank owes me more than £2600 and I know i'm gonna have to do it in 2 lots.
I am at the stage of lodging my small claim online and am a wee bit confused on how to go about working out the interest etc do I have to type in everything onto the spreadsheets (V time consuming) or is there an easier way? It will take me ages to work out the number of days etc since each charge- is this the only way?
The deadline fora reply yo my lba was on 22nd so i sent an email tonight telling them i was gonna take action 2morrow. i want to get this sorted asap.
Has anyone else had any dealings with the UB?
They offered me £150 but I have told them I want all my money back?
I have also started proceeding on A&L - They are a shower of s***!!!!!!!!
Sarah there are no quick ways of doing this either do it right or dont do it at all thats my advice i know you may think it harsh but you only get one chance at this you are issuing court papers any short cuts the courts will throw it out you are dealing with a company who can afford the best legal advice possible if it takes a little while longer its worth doing ! if you have done the spreadsheet in the templates library for your schedule of charges it works the interest out for you although a little time consuming we have all had to do it read the other threads you will see we have all been here the ways advised here are tried and trusted other members have used them and got their money back so if i were you i would take my time afterall you have the potential to get back money you never thought you would see again how long would it take you to earn £2600 come on smell the coffee for the sake of a few hours do it right ! paddy
if my advice has been of any help to you then please click the scales ! Thank you
No seriously, thanks I just want to do this properly with no mess ups.
