Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
an allocation questionnaire received today, deadline is 10 February.they sent us small claims track form but we are claiming over £6000,should we fill it out anyway or should we give them a ring?
getting really nervous now,please help!
thanks a lot
I don't thing it would be a problem if you filled it in, but you can always phone the court and check. Court staff are generally very helpful and friendly
and now start your assault on dg. make it your goal to get your offer before the aq is due (but be ready on that front, should you not get your offer), most have been getting their offers during this period. have you sent your Breakdown to dg - if not, do so immediately, if you have - ring them tomorrow and ask if they have been received. read slouhart's thread - he thinks he got his offer because at this point (same as yours), he faxed them his breakdown daily. i'm not saying to do that - but keep your name on their lips - keep your file at the top of the pile,
so,,, ring them. then e-mail, then fax, then tap dance on top of their building. you think i'm kidding (well, maybe about the tap dancing) but i'm saying you want an offer - get proactive about it. hopefully you won't have to file the aq. (but don't miss the deadline)
