    Default Still able to claim back charges? Newbie...

    Just wondering if it's possible to claim back charges even if an account has been settled?

    Sorry if I have missed this in the FAQ's.

    Yes - you were not aware that the charges made by the bank were unlawful, and they concealed the fact from you.
