I'm responding to the part 18 request from Cobbetts and when re-calculating the charges I've noticed the amount on my Claim Form to the courts is about £1000 too low... is it possible to send them an updated charge schedule now or is it too late? If it is too late, shall I just 'lose' some of the charges and try to get them back once I've got the rest back, or does it all have to be done in one go?
