Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi it has been coming up to 5 weeks now and Barclaycard have not responded to my Subject access request (SAR).
Are there any others out there experiencing this, and if anyone is so kind, could you please share a letter template. Whats next in the process if they dont respond within the time, frame?
Barclaycard are doing it to everyone! Just read other threads for advice on what to do. Loads of people having the same problem. You could make a complaint to the ICO as well as doing what bob said.
If my post has been useful, tip my scales and let me know
Had the same problem - spoke to adrian Whalley who head of their data protection team - got the statements after that but it was like pulling teeth
If you think my advice has been helpful, please click on the scales to the left thank you!
