Hi murmagic what stage are you at - are you at court stage?Bit difficult to comment as you haven't put any details. Who are you claiming against? What have you sent? What responses? How much of a claim? How much have you done so far?You will get far better help if you can give us an insight into your situation.If you want to learn more about court process, I suggest you scoure the RBS successes as that would be a good place to start.
