Where have people been sending their Preliminary Approach Letters ?
Finally got my SAR response yesterday, so am now embarking on trying to claim back £970.
One think I'm unsure of : which address is it best to send the preliminary approach letter to ? Does it go to Bootle, to Leicester, or to the branch where the account was held ?
I'm thinking Leicester, but where have other people sent theirs to ?
Re: Where have people been sending their Preliminary Approach Letters ?
i have sent my letters to bootle and have received the usual response of "charges are fair, not getting refund yada yada yada"
when you issue your MCOL then you use the Leicester address
