    Default RBS claim submitted

    I've just submitted a claim online for RBSicon following the standard refusal letter at stage 1 - I'm keeping fingers crossed now but wondered if anyone else out there has had a settlement from RBS yet??

    I've received out of court settlement for one of my claims (the smaller of the two) against RBSicon, however they did not admit to any liability...only said that they are paying me because it's not feasible for them to go to court considering the amount I'm claiming (£317 incl. interesticon and £30 court fee).

    RBS Uxbridge - Claim £317: acknowledged 20.04.06 settled in full out of court 28.4.06
    RBS Kensington - Claim £532: acknowledged 24.04.06 settled in full out of court 11.05.06
